Welcome KLD2B,

I am sorry to hear about your panic attack but glad that it pushed you to find us. How are you finding the program so far?

Hi All,
I am a thirty five year old female, living in Scotland. I have been suffering from anxiety / panic, on and off for as long as I can remember, I had been doing fine until 3 weeks ago, when totally out of the blue, I had a monster of a panic attack whilst at work and I had to come home. I have not really shared my story with anyone up until now. I was prescribed Citalopram from my Doctor a week and a half ago. I managed six days, then stopped due to the side effects -  they made my anxiety worse and I felt I was better off going it along and trying some CBT, This is how I stumbled across this website, Anyway, I look forward to hearing more people's stories and experiences and pray I can get through this blip, meds free !
Wishing you all the very best and sending lots of love to everyone who is suffering out there.
x
