Just wanted to share something with all you who are having a hard time with panic attacks. I read "10 simple solutions to panic" and it helped me big time. I can now say I'm confident in myself and it eliminated 90% of my anxiety.
I'm not completely healed, I get maybe 1-2 small attacks a week but I Now the confidence. I accept is a part of my like, headaches, hiccups and stuff. I understand and aCCEPT that it's a part of me now.
Please read it and hope it helps you as it did for me. It actually stated this website in the book, so good job to this website. It's awesome!
