Can thought patterns be changed.Every morning I raise up with struggling of series of thoughts but hardly come out with any decision.I slept every night thinking to be better next day.But disturbed thought process creates problems.
Can we make life better?
I try to do activities like meditation & yoga but not able to concentrate properly.
