Set back

Yes, set backs happen but just because you had one doesn't mean you will have another any more than if you fall down means you will fall again. The possibility is there. Of more importance is the number of days you didn't have one. And that you want to keep track of by writing it down. And when you do have one you want to number it in severity. They will get farther apart and less severe. Also write down why it happened and why it shouldn't have. You will see the reason for this in a while.

So I had a real bad panic attack today and feel like I'm back to square one. I had a great weekend with no anxiety and no panic attacks for 5 days!!!! Then on my way driving the drive I hate to a job I hate I started getting anxious again.

After a set back do we just pick up the peices again and keep going using our coping skills? I quit the job because of the stress and I only have 6 days left to work. I know I'm going to keep anxious going to work I dread going back there.

Do you guys have any advice on set backs? And what should Be doing?
