Hi Ashley
Im feeling a little better. It just seems that my anxiety symptoms shift on me and then I get totally confused about whether what Im feeling is anxiety or if it's a serious disease I need to get checked out for.
Any advice??

Hi Naa,

Sorry you were feeling this way a few days ago. How are you feeling today?

Continue to work on the program and keep posting here. It will take time and set backs like these are common and completely normal. What do you think you learned from the other day? Keep working on it and you will get there; we'll be right beside you every step of the way.

Hi Vincenza, thanks for your response. I am having a really hard time today - I am trying to challenge my thoughts about having a heart attack but it hasnt been working. Ive had waves of panic all day today. Im shaking right now because I am so afraid. Any help or advice??

My panic attacks are definitely triggered by the sensations I feel. I woke up in panic today and its been downhill since. :(

Hi Naa,
I'm sorry to hear you are struggling with panic and how much it's affecting your life.
You've joined a very supportive community of people who have had similar experiences.  I suggest spending time reading through forums as well as working through the program available to you on this website.
Have you notice anything that triggers your panic?  How have you dealt with episodes you've had in the past?
Post often with us to let us know how you're doing and how we can help!
