I can't believe this..................I feel soooooooooooo ripped off! I never saw this post, I swear. I thought you had to be here 100 days, or 6 months, to get any little treat. I missed the boat for this one and I am much to early for the next :(
The story of my life............ :confuse:
Okay, Okay....I just responded to the 14-50 that I felt a bit ripped
off. I guess this is the place for me. I'm a bit confused :confuse:
Where am I.........a cafe, a cruise ship, the beach, somewhere else? I wanna go somewhere where I am lying in a chaise (beach, cruise ship, my back yard---it doesn't matter) with a colorful drink in my hand, chips and salsa/cheese dip, and a rather dark-skinned, exotic and mysterious, young, good-looking man in the tiniest little speedo granting my every wish and desire! I told you folks that patch gave me some weird dreams! Now you know why I choose to keep it on all night! ;p

Okay Marie-----------Tomorrow I go down to the 7mg (gave myself a 14 mg extension after my "slip")so I will be right by your side. Hubby went down last week. Something interesting happened to him yesterday. He forgot to put one on, but did not realize it until noon. I find that amazing! Of course, once he noticed, he broke his neck to get the store to buy more! But I think it is interesting that he didn't notice any difference. Post! I will be thinking of you! Positive thoughts! Oh, BTW, stay out of coping with withdrawels today................... ;p
Wow! This is scary for me! :8o: I was hoping that somewhere around 4 or 5 months there would never be any craves again! I know it's a mind thing, and I believe I am getting a grip on it, but gosh---this is still scary! HEY------------Quick, close the door! Don't let Marie in here!!! :)
Welcome, welcome, welcome! I agree with Marie---I would be very curious about how you quit, etc...Did you use an NRT or cold turkey? A lot of family support, or pretty much on your own? Just being nosy because I am so impressed! :)
Yes it's normal. I went through a bit of a down mood from about day 10 to day 20. Every once in awhile I still feel a bit down, but cannot really tell you why. However, those times are less and less and don't last very long. Think positive thoughts! :)
Well Jacko, I'm glad you're back. I was getting a bit concerned when you stopped posting...all that matters it that you're ready to go at it again. We're here for you! :)
Be proud that you resisted the urge! Today is a new day and you have a lot of people here pulling for you! Let us know if today is any better. I'll be thinking of you :)
