Hello again! Alittle of my smoking history - smoked alittle over a pk a day, decided to join a smoking cessation class with a friend to help her to quit - I have stayed smoke free she has not. Started out my cutting down each day, also used the nicotine patches for about 5 weeks, then nothing. Now - I chew lots of gum, drink probably way too much coffee - have gained about 15 pounds and will work on losing that - used and will continue to use alot of self talking. I do have a number of family/friends who also support me, but I am usually not a person to ask for help - I will give all the help you need, but for me to ask is a difficult thing- but I am getting better!!! So that's that!! Think positive each day!!! LBZee
