Nightmares, and other

Well the last two nights in a row I dreamed I was smoking and both of them seemed so real...in my dreams I was devastated that I was smoking, and when I woke up, I was so so relieved that I was still smoke free!! Phew!! Yep - nightmares!! I don't use patches but I do use inhalers or gum (3 times a day - combined, not of each) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 18 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 225 Amount Saved: 21.6 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 23 Mins: 33 Seconds: 43

Nightmares, and other

I have found that though smoking dreams are horrible, they actually reinforce positivity in my quit, so in that respect they are a good thing... WOW! He smelled BAD!

This is interesting...in the first couple of weeks, yes I could smell people who smoked, but it wasn't too unpleasant. This, the end of my third week, the smell has become truly gross - my son still smokes (outside) and I commented to him how BAD he smells: it really is bad indeed - funny how the smell changed in week 3 to a foul wreak....
