Heres your pat on the back. 60 Days is great!! Lots of us have had trouble with the sleeping issues. I'm doing better now, but for a bit I would wake up about every hour. It was my body wanting nicotine. You are doing a wonderful job. Keep your quit.

You can do this soccer mom. It's not easy but just like everyone else here we all started with day 1. I smoked for 35 yrs. and was up to 2 packs a day so I know how hard this can be. Just keep busy and do whatever it takes not to light up.

I've some good news for you Bones. The strongest urges have happened to me on and off since I've quit and the great news is that I now know they will pass and I will make it through. I posted once after about a month quit at how shocked I was to be getting a crave to smoke after 30 days. It just came out of nowhere but then it left the same way. Some have posted that at the 100 day mark they have a crave. I'll let you know as I'm close to that. I really believe a lot of this is in our minds though. If we believe we can get through the craves we will. If we look for excuses to smoke we'll find them. Now that I know that some have posted about the 100 day mark, I think I'll be stronger for knowing it might happen. We'll see. One thing I do know is that I will never take my quit for granted. Keep your quit.

Neek
Boredom has set in on you. At first you were so excited about your quit and so were others. You came in here, you posted and read. Now it's been 14 days and you're thinking " NOW WHAT?". You do have a hole in your life that you filled with smoking. I know all about that as I use to say I just didn't know what to do with my hands or the extra time I seemed to have. I talked on the phone, I smoked, I went outside, I smoked, I ate a meal, afterwards I smoked, I got in my car, I smoked. Everything I did in my life would end up with me having a cigarette. Crazy, but thats how it was. You will find that after a bit all will settle down for you. Maybe you could come in here more and support someone new in their quit. When you encourage others you help yourself. Just don't think that smoking will somehow make you more interesting again. You are doing something great for yourself. Don't lose it.

Cinderella & Frog
Don't give up yourselves. I know this is tough but it can be done. Frog, if the jaw pain persists you might want to have it checked out to make sure it's not a tooth or something. Both of you are doing a life altering change in your life and you are strong or you wouldn't be here. Keep posting and just stay close to this site. Read and post. Keep your quit.

Hey Tom
Well it's good you realize that you have to get back to the business of quitting. Hopefully next time you start to buy a pack you will post here instead. You can do this Tom, but you have to fight as if your life is counting on it. Oh Wait, It is.
