Hi Judy,
It Feels like Hell at 1st, But it will be worth it. What I do when it gets real bad is to think of all those mornings when I woke up and could hardly breath until I coughed my head off. Or every time I get a cold that stays twice as long as non-smoking family. I think of all the time I spent trying to go for a smoke. Yes quioting has been the hardest thing I have ever done but I still am so happy I am a non-smoker. It has been worth the hell. I will never smoke again. I will never have to quit again ever.
I have been useing use a NRT. I was dizzy and disoraented at 1st and it is importan in my job that I stay focus. the NRT lozenge helped me to focus when I need to and relly cut down on the tired feeling. I stopped drinking coffee and exercise befor bed because I am not sleeping and this has helped. Ice water helps a lot too
Stay Strong you can do this.

Hi Kelly,
I too work in the field and Denise is right, It does not have any more of a reflection on you than if you had to take an cough medicin for a cold.
You are a great person and you are quiting a very strong addictive drug when you quit smoking. It takes a lot of stranth to tell your story and share with all of us so it proves you are a strong and caring person.
Listen to Denise she is so right.
Stay strong this too will pass. Hugs
Etta

Hi,
I take candle light baths with solf music.
I talk to my friends, and family,
I bake bread, clean house, and pray.
I keep a stress rock in my pocet for when I am in a meeting or working with a client. What I do with my rock is tell myself that the rock is my stress and I hold on to it real tight and then I slowly release to presser and rub it with my finger like I am comforting it. This helps me to self comfort. later when I am free I look at what is the reason for the stress and apply the Serenity pray to it.
Stay srong, Keep the quit.
