I cannot tell you how trying this has been, and there is a long road ahead. I think I'm not going to reset my meter because after that one puff I automatically thought, what am I doing and I got rid of it. I have to say the only reason I realized it was the taste. I can't believe how bad it was!!
In any case, thanks for the encouragement. I'm keeping my meter the way it is as a reward, not for taking the puff but for getting rid of the cigarette and not picking the habit back up.
Phil, you made me laugh. I'm going to be a 37 year old grandmother! I haven't even smiled since last night. Thank you!

Dang it! I missed the party, but luckily for me, I found pictures. Most are blurry but one shows someone named windy dancing drunk on a table...hmmm

It's technically my month anniversary since my last cigarette was at 8pm on May 13th so I wanted to let everyone know I'm still going strong. Thanks for the support given to me. It's helped me through so many hard times.

Tonight at 8pm is my 2 month anniversary and I'm so happy. Thank all of you for helping me get over that initial few weeks after. I'm doing well. So well in fact I've trained myself to eat healthy in order to lose weight and get in shape. So far I've lost 11 lbs and gained so much in the way of personal gratification. I could not be on this road to success without all of you. Thanks again!!

Carlos I always hated the people who said this when I first came here but....it does get easier. I don't even think about cigarettes now and I'm amazed by that because there were so many triggers that made me want them. And I can now be around smokers without wanting to kiss them just so I could taste in on their breath LOL! That was really akward with family members. KIDDING!!!
You're doing great! You can do this!
