The support that we all have here is brilliant if it wasnt for the support i recieve here i dont think i would of got this far and also what keeps me going is i tell myself i have come this far in my quit and im not going back to do the first weeks of the quit over again.
Yes some days are harder than others but you just have to keep working through them one day at a time,my goal now is to get to the beach those 100 days are not that far away and looking at your quit meter your a few days ahead of me so you will get there before me so save me a deckchair on that beach !!! :)

im a couple of days behind you in my quit and like you i have been haveing a hard week,the craveings are almost as strong as in the first weeks of my quit but not lasting as long.we got through that so we can get through these 60 day craves.lets carry on enjoying this boat trip sailing on our way to the beach :)
