I am new

jojo you have come to the right place keep reading and keep on posting. The support that we all have here is brilliant if it wasnt for the support i recieve here i dont think i would of got this far and also what keeps me going is i tell myself i have come this far in my quit and im not going back to do the first weeks of the quit over again. Yes some days are harder than others but you just have to keep working through them one day at a time,my goal now is to get to the beach those 100 days are not that far away and looking at your quit meter your a few days ahead of me so you will get there before me so save me a deckchair on that beach !!! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 66 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,325 Amount Saved: 336.6 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 23 Mins: 32 Seconds: 38
