Of course you're right Lainey, it is Saturday (12:01 am). It's kind of like the difference between New Years Eve and New Years Day. It's Eve all day long and New Years Day at 12:00 am (at night). Not that I'm suggesting anything, necessarily.

Of course your right Lainey. I'm just getting a little spun up about the beach. I don't know who's going to be more excited about Angelcapp's arrival on the beach.

Hello 1939bear,
I was just admiring your stats, 17 almost 18 days gained. I wonder how they come up with those days, they couldn't possible know our genetics. It's a nice idea and maybe it doesn't mean a thing. I'd hate to come to the end of my life and face off with the reaper demanding my 18 additional days to find out it was all a bunch of hooey. You know, I don't think I would be too awful disappointed if it did work out that way so long as I lived my life to the fullest right to the end. No walker and oxygen bottle. No chemo or pain meds. No little voice synthesizer. Maybe that's 18 good days as opposed to the possible alternatives; who knows.
That woman in payroll probably thinks you're a jerk and you may make a few more friends like her before your over this. But when you are over this you're going to charm her with a kind word and she's going to think you're the cat's meow; and you're going to have more than 18 good days coming that you probably wouldn't have had coming otherwise had you not stayed on top of your game.
You're not punishing or depriving yourself of anything. You're winning one of the most important games to win you'll ever play.
Thoughts from the peanut gallery. I hope you get it done (and over with). Stay strong.

We did have a good time on the ship, it's a good ship. We can make a lot of noise and celebrate every departure up to our own then help at the beach welcoming the new arrivals. What do you think?
100 days is a big deal I think. It's been 50 days since our last milestone and it'll be more than 50 to the next. Some go looking for an excuse to party and then there's the fortunate few where the excuse falls right into their lap. We can't be the only three spun up about this.

Yee haw!
Hey Lainey, I found fireworks but not along with a ship. I'll keep looking and let me know what you find.
Angelcapp you rock! 99 days Friday and 100 (ONE HUNDRED) days Friday night at midnight.
Hey Aloha, if it's out there I will find it, with a cannon if possible. What a great time to be a March Mellow!

Good for you Quit4good!
Sounds like you've got a plan. It would be helpful to you later to acknowledge there are two monsters not just one. One monster you can chase away and the other won't go so you have to learn to live with it. One is habit and the other addiction.
The addict will remain with you so you have to subdue it and keep it under control. Your coping strategies are key here because the addict is clever, persistent and patient. Read the many posts here and learn the addict's tricks and imaginative ways to cope with it.
Good luck to you!
