Hi this is jnine, I have been smoking again after a 3 year quit. I know pretty stupid hug? I don't even know why I took that first puff. I am taking a new smoking aid called CHANTIX has anyone heard of it or tried it?
This is jnine again
I smoked for 41 years and quit for 3 years using this program. I had to tell myself not to smoke almost every day because my husband smokes. I got pretty lonley at times because he was always smoking. I can't blame him because I know it was my one fault and weakness that I started again. I realy want to stop again because I am coughing all the time and so tired I can hardly go any more. I made it work with this group once and I hope ---- No I know it will work again. I have my mind set

I am glad to here that chantix is working for you because I just started it this morning. My quit date is January 14th. I work in a pharmacy and we have been getting a pretty good feed back. I joined the group for the second time tonight. I let my quard down after 3 years and went right back to smoking.
Like you I tried everything from the patch to acupuncture. I quit cold turky with this group 4 years ago.
Hope to keep in touch
Jenine
ok she does get to run a lot. our basement is very big and she loves to go downstairs and run. She will chase the ball and run for an hour. But I just can't make myself go outside. OK I'm a sissy.
