I know what you mean, I do get days like that too.
Some days I have more stuff to do than there is hours in the day to possibly do them, but I just can't bring myself to do them.
There is always tomorrow.
As for that cold snap, I wish it would end soon. I do still go outside, put on the old ski pants, boots, etc...
My dog needs to go out for business and my equines need to be fed 4 times a day, plus the time I spend with them working them.
Spring is just around the corner, if you believe the ground hog!!!

Je suis francophone, mais il y a maintenant 17 annees que je vis dans une province anglophone.
S'il te plait excuse ma pauvre grammaire.
J'ai 42 ans, j'ai fumee pendant 20 ans. Plusiers fois j'ai essaye d'arreter. Le plus longtemps que j'ai arrete c'etait 3 mois.
J'ai essaye la gomme, les timbres auxquel je suis allergique et rien n'a fait.
Cette fois ci, je n'utilise rien. J'ai decide que cette fois c'est la derniere fois que j'arrete de fumer.
Jusqu'a maintenant je n'ai pas eu trop de difficulte. Je bois beaucoup d'eau.
J'essais d'etre plus active. Et de manger sainement.

I have quit cold turkey, no withdrawal symptoms.
I am being told that I am a lot happier and I laugh a lot more since quitting. Go figure.
The only thing I have changed is I now drink lots of water.
No grouchy or grumpy feelings here.
Laughter is the best medicine.
