It is now a nice and balmy!!! -16C on our way to freezing rain and a high of +4C tomorrow. You have to be Canadian to love it.
I am heading out to see my animals now, they have help me a whole lot in my quit, because when I am with them, since I had never smoked around them, I do not even think about the little evil stick!!
