Misty, It will get easier beleive me! The first three are the worst, then it keeps getting easier! I am at 36 days and it seems like I just quit the other day, but I have gone for days at a time now with no craving. When I do get them, they are so much easier. JUST MAKE IT THROUGH THESE DAYS! One minute at a time, one hour at a time, one day at a time.....

Yes, read as much as you can! One it takes your mind off of things. Secondly, it helps you understand what your body is going through. Remember...one more minute, one more hour, one more day!

Penguin, Hello there. Yeah i am still here. I check in and read still, but just haven't had much to say. Went through a rough Christmas, girlfriend and I split up two days before. But I made it without a puff! I am so glad you are starting again! I know you can make it!!!

CONGRATS, You are doing great, and don't give up your quit! You have made it 13 days, keep that in mind when you get the cravings too. Don't give up those days you already have. You have made it 312 hours, or 18720 minutes, don't even give up a minute of that time to the cravings!
