Take yourself a good long walk and just let it all out. You have been absolutely awesome in your quit and have been incredibly strong throughout! And dare I say, turning to an "old friend" in the darkest hour is pretty normal. But please don't ever forget, that friend never did any of us any good. Stay strong, Mon.
