Shaking. Nervous. Spaced out

Thank you. I will try (since I am at work today, thought work, will take my mind off of it), but it is bad..... Nothing I cannot handle, but it is more uncomfortable than anything else. Shaking. Nervous. Spaced out

Well.....for some reason these withdrawal symptoms have hit hard today. I am shaking, I am really spaced out (More than usual) and my nerves are really raw. I know this is part of the cleaning process, but it is really unsettling. Shaking. Nervous. Spaced out

There is ONE good thing about ALL of this. Today I have had only ONE craving (which lasted only about 2 sec and I popped a cinnamon hard candy and *poof* it was gone). So I consider that a good balance. I can handle these symptoms, barely, but I can and all the wile in the back of my mind I am thinking (how stupid and crazy was I to slowly poison myself with this crap) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/6/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 151 Amount Saved: $31.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 2 Mins: 58 Seconds: 27

I made 7 days!!

Aekvall, I made my 7 day mark and wish to congratulate you on yours. You made it 7 days, which means with all you been through, the rest of your life will be a cake walk on not smoking (this I know will happen for me too). Congratulations and welcome to the rest of your life. Can't sleep!!!!

I never used the patch after the first time I quit because it did the exact same thing to me. I am not sure if your current nocturnal habits are due to the patch or the body. Personally for now I been taking a Tylenol PM before bed and sleeping well, but of course I been using the Commit Lozenges as well, not the patch, so.....possibly could be. Try taking the patch off way before you go to bed, use the gum if need be in between and see if that changes your sleeping habits. Emotionally upset

I hope this depression and fighting with myself is part of the whole breakdown system. I am wondering if this is worth it in the end. I mean come on, I am totally bugging out right now, nerves on fire, concentration almost nil. I am trying to do my work and I expended so much energy to resolve this one problem. All I am hoping is that there is a light at the end of this tunnel, because right now, physically and emotionally not seeing crap. My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/6/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 154 Amount Saved: $31.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 3 Mins: 32 Seconds: 9

I hit my ONE MONTH yesterday

I did not think I could do it. Yesterday at 4:45, I hit my one month mark. I celebrated by going outside and taking a DEEP breath of fresh (as fresh as it can get here) air. I feel so relived and it is such a weight off my shoulders (and lungs) One month. Never would have guessed it. For those who think it cannot be done, trust me, after 11 failed tried, i did it. why? Because I KNEW this time I could, and I did it My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 31 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 628 Amount Saved: $139.5 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 16 Mins: 2 Seconds: 29

Tomorrow will be my 21st day

Tomorrow will be my 21st day of my quit.....and outside of a few cravings here and there, I am pretty much over about 99% of all of this. The only thing that has gotten me worried is my increased appetite, basically very very hungry as of late.....weird. But I want to start an exercise routine and I was wondering if anyone has some links to sites that provide a basic foothold in what types of exercises I need to do etc. My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/6/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 20 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 409 Amount Saved: $90 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 1 Mins: 5 Seconds: 17
