11 days and on my way

Hi all, I've been smoke free for 11 days now, I feel fabulous. My sense of smell & taste have improved in a big way. My hubbie is very proud of me, we are going shopping this weekend for a new outfit. Hip-hip-hooray! 27 days (three weeks, six days, 39 hours, six minutes, 2 seconds)!!!

It's amazing - really, it's been almost a month, and I feel really good. I'm positive, sticking to having NONE (not one, not ever). I am breathing easier, I can go for a walk around the block (or three) and am not panting or needing to sit down. I've lost six pounds, and although I understand this is all so euphoric, I am not going to allow myself to crash. Thanks for your support, it means so much! 41 days

It's a terrific thing; I've past my first 30 days, now am on my way to the first 60. I feel really good, positive, and sure -- I have bad days, but I just BREATHE through them. I am a non-smoker. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/14/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 41 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 624 Amount Saved: $112.75 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 22 Mins: 43 Seconds: 57
