Thanks guys. I am proud, and so is my wife. She is a non-smoker, and she loves the fact that I don't smell like smoke anymore. It's also helped our love life! Now THAT's an incentive to stay quit! ;p
I take a multi-vitamin (in addition to my wellbutrin) and it seems to help.

Thanks everyone! I have been checking this place out, and it's nice to have the support of so many people who are going through the exact thing I am!
Some days are harder than others (today was a hard day, but I made it!) and it helped just to hang around here and read about other peoples challenges and successes!
Thank you so much for this community!

I quit on Apr 17, but I didn't find this place until a couple of days ago. Looks like a great support community! My quit program started like this.
My wife and I planned a vacation to Puerto Rico from April 17-24. I planned my quit date around this. My idea was that I would be in a beutiful tropical place way out of my normal routine, and that should help. I was right!
Started taking 2 Wellbutrin 150mg a day a week before my quit date (the day we flew out).
Smoked my last cigarette at about 4:00 AM just before we left for the airport.
I kept on taking my Wellbutrin and didn't smoke the entire time. I'm not going to tell you that I didn't have cravings because I did. But it seems that being way out of my day to day life helped a lot. I was able to cope with the withdraws without much stress. And I didn't seem to have the mood swings.
We got back on the 24th and I just didn't start smoking again.
Now that I am back in my routine, I do notice that I my cravings are a little stronger, but just a little, and I can deal with them. I'm just going to keep taking it one day at a time, and hope for the best!

I would say no on the Hookah bar. I'm new here, myself. I keep seeing people saying N.O.P.E. (Not One Puff Ever). I think that would apply to any kind of tobacco.
