Seeing and being around people who smoke and think nothing of it. Including blowing smoke in your face in crowded areas. Makes me want tom grab the butt and place it up their nostril. Arrrrgh.LOL Glad I quit that awful habit. Thanks all and enjoy Life to the fullest. ;p

Hey there Gumdrop I just had the same kind of a week. Not to diminish your suffering but after all this time nicodemon can comeback and harass the crapout of me. Everyhting today was total pain traffic was way too slow computers were totally uncooperative and it seemed that employees and customers were all out to push my buttons. :gasp:  Time to gain control and examin my reasons for all the anxiety and stress, namely the nicodemon. Both you and myself are much stronger smarter and can overcome once again our minds playing nasty tricks. Stay tough and no matter what DO NOT SMOKE FOR TO SMOKE WOULD BE TO LET HIM WIN AND PUT US BACK IN A MUCH SADDER PLACE. Its great to be able to return to this site for support when you need it and from time to time it helps me to help others along the way its a great feeling and feeling great is what its all bout (A great reward)God Bless and say your sorry to those whom you hate the most. Its crazy but it works for me.

Hi everybody the stressful situations I've encountered have been mostly work related. It would seem that one of my employees is pushing my buttons now that he has learned that I've quit smoking. I neeed to learn to turn it off. Also at the board meetings I attend I seem to heat up for no apparent reason, becoming unsure of myself and nervous as hell. Never experienced this to much before . Has anyone had these experiences? :)

Thanks Alo. I checked out the threads and it seems to make sense I'll have to try it, sooner than later. I just seem to be in a bad frame of mind lately. Thanks again for the input.
