Quittin on vacation

epond:

Welcome onboard!! You have found the fountain of encouragement in this site!! This is the place where all the "ex-es" hangout to provide great support, tips, encouragement and a virtual shoulder to lean on when it gets unbearable.

Ice Cold Water is what Breather recommends and I second that.
Cranberry Juice for the first few will flush that thing out of you..

Keep the quit going it is the right thing to do!!

Willis Hall of Fame Winner For August!

Mr W:
Congratulations on getting into the HOF. The incredible support you provide for every new quitter on these forums (as breather, HotSiO2, nonic, Eyja also do); and me the last several weeks are instrumental in keeping my quit going. I had a to celebrate your entry into HOF.

Have a great weekend.

10 days...

Litsa:

Welcome onboard the journey to freedom! 11 days on the Quit.. you have gone through possibly the most excruciating part of the addiction. I am proud of th achievement. Now it is a question of keeping it going and taking to heart the pledge N.O.P.E ( Not One Puff Ever Today!). It is done one day at a time.

Cheers!

Thanks for the A A A post. Very succinctly summed up post on "why quit". Thanks again O Wise One. I really needed the perspective today.
