NO MORE BEATING YOURSELF UP..We did plenty of that when we were smoking..So you let butts kick you in the but.. Before I came into the Forum I went through the milestones, maybe you need to refresh and go through them.. I was in a different Forum(Smoke Cessation) when I first quit and they didn't have all the hands on stuff(like here)I learned a lot, just being here two days..Pat yourself on the back, you came right back..This is a learning experience,ok??I'm gonna start a Weekday Nope Pledge and I wanta see you on it, you will see it... Hang In there..

Deb, This was a good post..I can relate.Boy did I cry it was hard and loud..TG no one was there to be witness of such behavior..I was told and it made sense at the time.. We said goodbye to a friend(a killer) our best friend..Think about it?The nasty things were with us everywhere, anytime, all the time and now they are gone..Separation is the worst feeling, but is does get better..So let the tears work for you, your going through the grieving period. Hope this helped.. My Milage:

I don't know about the patch thing.Withdrawals and cravings are the worst.. You need to do some reading.. I find if you doubt yourself it hard to talk yourself out of anything..Drink some ice water, take a long walk, then take a hot shower, and chewing on a coffee straw helps a lot.. NO MORE NEGATIVE THINKING... listen to my quit video..Good Luck.. Don't let the killer butts win !!! My Milage:
