It's the junkie in you trying to lure you into the nasty addiction! You are almost nicotine free!. I know you are feeling lousy right now, but hang on, it gets easier and better! You deserve to be healthy and enjoy a long life!! Your body deserves to be treated in a respectful way, and you hate the filthy smell of your hair, breath and clothes when you smoke! It's great to break free of cigarrettes! You won't have to plan your day around your smoking anymore!
So my advice:
Keep your hands busy: posting, grabbing a stress ball, solving puzzles, or "smoking" a plastic straw.
Drink lots of ice water
Take a hot shower
If you need to sleep, sleep.
If you need to cry,cry.
If you need to yell, yell!
But please, don't smoke.
Remember you made a non negotiable decision to stop smoking!!!!
