flip flop goals and am i good enough?

Sawe,

Amazing progress!  You have it in you to be proud of what you have accomplished!  Do you want to quit completely?  Keep a journal or notes on how cutting back is making you feel, do you want more?  Survey your notes at the end of one month and pinpoint areas that you would like to work on and goals that you would like to achieve.

You have come far and we are proud of this success, you have to be proud of yourself as well!

hi all,

i think this is week 3 for me really trying to cut down or maybe quit ... i keep flip-flopping on what the goal should be??  cut down or quit?  is cutting down good enough?

I haven't had more than 2 drinks in one sitting or 4 drinks in a week for 2 weeks, and haven't had a drop by myself or on a in 3 weeks ... but I'm not feeling like I'm good enough

i guess i should be proud of cutting down from more like 20 drinks in a week and often getting to the point of slurry words, regrettable behaviour, and hangovers

i know i have been more productive and been treating the people i love better, but when i look at the 'reward yourself' tool, i just don't feel like i deserve it

anyone else feel like this?
