Whenever I had trouble keeping a patch on, I would put it on my backside (where I spend the majority of my time...)
However, from experience, don't try duct tape!

As long as it is working for you then it doesn't matter how you use your patch. My husband used to do something similar to you and it worked fine for him too (he is now way over a year quit thanks to patches)
Keep up that great quit you're doing so well.

Hey Stu!!!

Way to go!!!  The patches really do work on curbing the cravings and have gotten you 11 days as a non-smoker!!!  Just keep on taking it one day at a time and follow that program, as it seems to be working for you!

I am on the patch too, never knew there was patches that were more than 24 hrs.. wow.. very cool! I was also taking the patch off at night, didn't like all those weird dreams, but in the morning is when I am the most grumpy . Thanks for the info.
Keep up the great fight (along with all of us)
