Hi Stucool!
Welcome to SSC.
Wonderful site with wonderful educators and quitters.
Rock and Josie already gave you great advice, and I'm sure Jim can help you with the upload, so no reason to smoke!(lol)
I want to give you my quitting tips:
Ice water
cranberry juice
frozen pops and frozen grapes
soft music
hot showers
rest as much as you can
read and post as much as needed
5 consecutive deep breaths
the Allen Carr Book Stop smoking the easy way
go trough my program
keep your hands busy
a rewards system
write your 10 reasons to quit and read them as much as you need. Your mind gets foggy during the first days of the quit, and you can forget!
I hope this helps!
Marivi

Stucool, welcome to the SSC and congratulations on 3 days smoke free!  I know it took me a few tries to find a picture small enough size wise to fit here.  Follow Jim's advice with the re-sizing.  I would also follow his advice about "my program".  Its a great way to identify stresses and triggers and put a plan in place as preparation is key.  You should add your quit meter to your posts from "my profile" so you can see your numbers add up.  That was, and still is, a huge motivator for me.  Take it one day at a time, say N.O.P.E. (not one puff ever) every time you get a craving, and you'll go far!   We're all rooting for your success!

Hey Stucool!!!

There used to be a restriction on the size of picture that you could upload.  That may be the problem you are having!  You might want to try to re-size the picture smaller, megabit-wise, that you are trying to post before uploading it!

Anyways, you really do have a great quit going so far!  It may help you to go through  "MY PROGRAM"  (top left hand button above)!  The key to every quit is proper preparation!   Just yell when you need us and we'll come a runnin' to try to help you out!
