Wow, I see that you are on day 7!!! That is really super duper!! You are through with Hell Week today!
Next week is Heck Week. That is similar to downgrading a hurricane from a catagory 5 to a category 4. LOL
Maybe a 3?
 
Anyway... taking a walk around the block is a GREAT idea. The slipped my mind and that is what I did when I freaked out one day. There was a veteran quitter who suggested that I disassociate myself from the situation. Worked nicely! Then I took a cold shower! That was quite a day.
Insomnia is normal too. I went through a period of waking up at 3AM ever single night! It does go away after awhile. 
Hopefully, you read the "Duffis Re-post" that I bumped up for you in the New Users Forum. You are about on schedule with your quit symptoms and as you can see... it's normal.

Hi Kelly its PM. Well I notice that I get very angry very easy. My termper is a short fuse. And this is not like me at all.I have been wakeing up at 2:00 Am and just cant sleep. Yes at that time in the AM I went for a walk and it help with the craveing, But is this part of Quitting?
