X2 The tools sometimes seem meaningless but they really help. Especially the LIST of Resons to quit. You can do it!

Hey Robin, Include me in the masses who are VERY excited about you making such an important decision at such a "young" age!!! I wish you all the best of luck in your quit!!! I, too, have lost family and friends to the dreaded nico-demon and my inspiration for quitting is that I don't want to be the next on the demon's list!!! Stay strong in your determination and you will be successful! Call on us if you need us!!1 Jim My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 34 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 850 Amount Saved: $140.25 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 14 Mins: 42 Seconds: 56

thanks so much for all the support! wow i feel honored for all the praise about me starting my quit young. thank you! Yeah I had a scare when i was 17 my lung capacity was 87 and my doc said normal for my age is 100 soooo for 17 yrs old that was terrible. 3 out of 4 of my grandparents died from smoking related diseases. and my uncle is now on 2 breathing tubes.. 1 of them had a heart attack and the other 4 emphysemia so i might be more succeptible to it. so i pretty much had to learn to stop young My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/27/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 11 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 220 Amount Saved: $60.50 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 17 Mins: 44 Seconds: 40
