Lots of deep breathes, lots of water, hard candy, straws, toothpicks, fruit, veggies, gum, lots of deep breathes, lots of water, wait did I say deep breathes and water? LOL Remember you are learning to live life differently than want you have been doing. Change your routine a little if ya can. Example: I would wake up and have a cup of coffee and light up. NOW: I turn on the puter and drink my coffee. Example: I would go out for a smoke. Now: I go out for a walk down the block. You have to change the way you did things even if they are little things. It helps I know....I had to learn and am still learning!
