Hi Kevin Thanks for the translations. How's it going now? 6 o'clock our time. I've just been asked out for pizza and a drink. I know I don't drink alcohal but I still feel anxious about being in that environment where I would have sat in that, often uncomfortable, blue haze. I mean, what do you do with your hands....... One of the things I use as a goal is that, come July 1st I will be comfortable with being smoke free and won't have to join the others outside 'smirking'. Hope your Easter is smoke free too. Hi mccoy07 Only just found your post from when you were immediately pre-quit and now I read that you have passed 30 days. Well done. I am on day 8 and that never seemed possible. Because we British do our dates the other way round to you I had got it all wrong about when you were posting... Anyway, just to say hi and well done. :) :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 135 Amount Saved: 56 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 2 Mins: 32 Seconds: 10

Yippie tomorow will be 30 days for me. Still going strong. On my 24th and 25th day I had some awful cravings and really don't understand why because up till then I only had a few cravings here and there. But for the last couple of days I haven't even thought about smoking unless I realize Im NOT thinking about it. LOL But wow 30 days I only did 3 weeks of the chantix but It helped me, I think it helped me get over the withdrawl part and I had to cope with the physical part myself. But loving this new smoke free me and so do all the non smokers around me. Thanks you guys for all the support.
