Yikes! Tenniele, honey, "fail" is such an ugly, ugly word! Wouldn't you prefer to see it as a learning opportunity?? Never one for fake spin (God knows we get enough of that in the news), but so-called "slips" can be our best friends, inasmuch they reveal where we need to shine the brightest light. Good for you for hanging in! (Besides, the only "failure" would be if you were ever to hook up with the Captain again; please spare us that!!) (Oh God, if I get "Muskrat Love" stuck in my head because of you, I'll have to get Phil's gun and use it on you.) Tenielle, Good for you for coming back (so soon) (you too Sparky) every second you are quit you are closer to be truly free. The way I see it is when you are smoking you are a prisoner, you revolve things that you do around a habit that especially today is extremely restrictive. I went to a movie last night and was able to sit through and enjoy the entire thing (3 hour movie too...)without a even a thought of smoking. Keep going, be proud of yourself, and know that every day that goes by things will get easier and you will soon be entirely free!! Tell old Nik where he can go! Send him there!!
