Military, and my 16 month old daughter aren't making it too easy, but I can deal with them,Psychotic friend next door ,That's making it ALOT tougher. So I decided to find support instead of trying to continue on my own.
My Milage:
My Quit Date: 1/8/2006
Smoke-Free Days: 3
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 60

Dragged from the midst of a three page thread....I thought you would be seen better as a new member with your own thread :)
Congratulations on your decision to quit!

First, congratulations on your quit! I hope you find the support here that I have since I started my journey. Just remember, when you feel the urge (i work with kids, all...day...long, I understand what it can be like), try and breathe, try and clear your head, eat celery, go for a walk, post here, anything, just keep strong, and we'll be here for you.
