Kate - Way to go! I am so proud of you for making it through and doing so well. Glad to know you are feeling better! (I believe that we should all carry a pillow and blanket/perhaps a remote or a pet for those nasty days - part of our survival kit) Way to go ...and congratulations on 68 smoke-free days! A new week started today and i want to thank ALL of you for your replies and i want to apologise for not replying during the weekend! It really means a lot to me and i feel a little "bad" that i didn't answer back to you. My reason for not answering...i just decided to take it easy. I know myself and i knew that sooner or later my resistance mechanisms would start working. So i just covered myself under a blanket on Friday noon, after work and i waited...and it worked out.I went out on Friday night...and started feeling better. Then Saturday i covered myself again under the blanket, feeling better but still wanted that blanket...till i went out later in the evening... stayed out till late...and it was ok. Sunday was elections day in Greece... i spent all day out with friends,to vote, each one in different parts of Athens, lunch out and returned home ready for the new week!! it's been quite some time that i woke up so quiet and good...without being angry. Your answers and your interest really made me smile this morning. I'm sorry for not answering.. thank you!!! each one of you!!! Hi Kate! I am so glad you are feeling better! I will say it too ~ No need to apologize for anything! Trusting your instincts is bravery. And you knew what your body needed. And you gave it to yourself. That is the way to go! We all need a break now and then. And we all deserve it! Congratulations to you! ;) 4my2girls What Consumes Your Thoughts Controls Your Life My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 225 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,765 Amount Saved: $735.75 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 3 Mins: 29 Seconds: 46
