Jose, you are beautiful too!  Nice to see you still here helping people be smober

Hi Stickin...the days really are flying by and piling high!  Maybe I should invent a $'s saved from not smoking boa?  As for the name, well I read a post by a certain Lady on the day I joined this site and I'd just written an eviction letter to the cigs...bah dah bing...hence the name "ladycigevictor"

Working on it, slow and steady does indeed win this race...and it looks like you're wayyyy ahead of the demon!  Keep doing what you're doing and one day very soon you'll have to change your name to Completed it now!

Oh Lolly, you shining !  How nice to see you here offering your special advice and support to new and old alike.  xo

Duffis, the milestones are especially important to those of us who never expected to have this smokeless life!!!  Much  to you on your recent loss...keep the lovely memories fresh in your mind and in due time get out and enjoy some roses....xo

Jim, it's fantastic to see you still here raising your glass!  Salute to you too on a job well done!!!  Seems just like yesterday you celebrated the end of hell week with a glass of cheer...how I admired you for that determination to not give up a Friday night reward just because you were kicking the nico-demons butt.  Lol, I avoided my much loved light beer for 6 months to avoid a trigger!  Whatever works, works

Ha ha...everyone feel free to pass out some MAGIC money boas until I can get back again (working 2 jobs-7 days a week is tough so maybe it'll take me till next year), but I still tell people about SSC whenever quitting comes up in a conversation and I flash my SSC key chain with the website on the back)

Hope to check in and see some of you again soon...I often wonder about some of the good folks who helped so many of us in our quits.
Pat

"I am unwritten, can't read my mind, I'm undefined
I'm just beginning, the pen's in my hand, ending unplanned

Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find

Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten"
