Enjoying the cruise, just chillin....My strategies have been more mental than anything else, drink a bit of water but every time I get a pang ( and they are gettin few and far between!!) I just know its the nicotine monster dying.....The sucess stories here help. Anyhoo back to the deck chair and cold beer.

Carlos, congratulations on 50 smoke free days!  The cruise ship is at the dock, ready to take you on a wonderful trip!  Pull up a lounge chair on the Ledo Deck, order a couple umbrella drinks, Bob has cookies!, and enjoy your time knowing that you are 50 days smoke free!!!  Please be sure to reward yourself to celebrate reaching this milestone!  Here's to the next 50 smoke free days, and beyond!!!
