I do remember HP you were looking and  found your shoes and got the h*** out of there.  If you can't stand the heat, then you get out of the kitchen. That's a motto that's good to know.
I see you have arrived at 10 months today.  That is a very big milestone.  I felt real confident at 10 months and you seem very confident as well.  Thank you and stay quit!

That is amazing!

You don't have to only count your days... you can count mine too!!
I owe a lot of them to YOU!

You may not remember but one day I was hopping mad about work so I posted. You were the first one to write back that I should go for a walk which I did do and felt way better.  Don't know if I would have smoked that day but thanks to you, I'll never find out the answer to that question!!!

Congratulations on a quit well done!

Best,
HP

Thank you Sparky, Josie, Rock and Angie!

You are definitely a trooper Sparky and you are doing amazing well. You are on the beach good for you! I hope Mr. Kitty is treating you well.  Shouldn’t we be seeing a new picture of Mr. Kitty soon?

And Josie, what a gal thank you!

Rock and Angie, I haven’t had the pleasure of chatting with you much thank you both.  I see both of you closing in on some major milestones, six and one month.  Those first few weeks can be iffy, touch and go, however barrel through those temptations. At a good age to quit, the both of you, besides smoking makes people wrinkle.

Congrats!!!  3 years is outstanding.  Where has the time gone.  You have been here for so many of us and welcomed some of us back.  You are a positive example of what quitting is all about.  You don't sugar coat it, you just do it.  Thanks for putting a path down that we can follow.  Onward to another smoke free year.  Yes, I do believe you are on to something.

Keep the Quit
Sparky
