Cravings..

14 years ago 0 61 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Today is day 9 and I feel really good.  I am no longer feeling the withdrawals, however there are some cravings and its pretty much a mental thing.  I cant say that I am exactly craving for a cigarette I just feel like something is missing.  And as odd as this may sound I actually was a little sad last night thinking about how smoking is not going to be apart of my life anymore.  I dont want to start smoking again, trust me.  Its just change I guess or maybe the fact that I am going away this weekend and would normally be looking forward to sitting on the lake having a cigarette and fruity drink.  I will not be smoking that is for sure.  I was just having some odd feelings, emotions, cravings and will need to prepare how to handle them.
