I gotta agree with you Ex Roller. I'm pretty much not even affected by them anymore. I get a few a day but they are gone in a few seconds. Great job Ex and keep it going :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 18 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 450 Amount Saved: $90.00 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 8 Mins: 58 Seconds: 39

The best thing you can do is give them as little creedence as possible. The less you allow youself to think about them the faster they go away. You are doing sooooooooooo good. Keep it up. ex just keep making new associations.....ignore em and replace em...they will eventually leave. After all, how many times did you smoke after dinner? maybe 2000? so, it might take a few hundred times of doing something else until your mind doesn't think it's "that" time again. Hang in there...you're doing great! You too, sam! -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 99 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,960 Amount Saved: $673.20 Life Gained: Days: 13 Hrs: 21 Mins: 53 Seconds: 19

Ex Roller, Hang in there! It will get easier but it takes time. Employ a few good distractions to lull those annoying cravings. Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

You guys are doing great! That is the perfect attitude. Trust me, the cravings and thoughts do go away! A thought is what I would call an itsy bitsy craving, but I know what I really want, and that is to be smoke free! Keep on finding better things to do with your time! There are much better things to do than thing about smoking! EX, I think that's a good sign :) Stayed bored with them and soon they will simply give up and disappear. I've found myself in a similar situation today with one of my craves.. It was like "oh for pete's sake..get the hell away from me I'm NOT in the mood!" And poof ! It was gone. You're doing it EX ! So proud of you.. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/23/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 120 Amount Saved: $43.50 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 18 Mins: 20 Seconds: 15
