Thanks for the words of encouragement guys! It means a lot to me and being a part of this support group has also made me keep honest and at times when I think I want a cigarette I think "I will have to fess up and tell all those at SSC what I did. I am not ready for any type of setback. By the way my scare factor is now about a 4. I think that once I make it through the fist week it will be just fine. I have met my first goal which is to make it 24 hours without smoking a cigarette. :) My next goal is 48 hours.
