As day one comes to an end I can honestly say that I haven't gotten this much exercise or drank this much bloody water in A LONG TIME! It's been great, I feel awesome and the dog is getting tons of walks! The headache is ever present but I am hoping that this will subside soon. Looking forward to Thursdays with the Waist Watchers! Thank you everyone!
