Yes I know exactly the one great and correct thing to burn calories..... DONT EAT THEM
LOL... eat to feed your body with quality food....once a week eat for pleasure what ever you wish... JUST ONCE A WEEK
Eat small amounts slowly....
loads of salad...no...no...no...sauces you buy at the supermarket....use lemon and olive oil

DONT EAT TO FILL YOUR STOMACH UNTIL IT SEEMS ITS GOING TO BURST...  you are not a camel!

And if it will make you feel better...go to Mcsomething and punch the clown in the face.

Members, can you think of any small exercises that we can do during the day to increase the amount of calories burned?
Climbing the stairs, walking at lunch...or around the recliner...

Pedometers are a great way to track your day.  I wear one and try 10,000 steps a day.  When I first started it was 5,000 and worked my way up.  It is amazing all the wonderful things you can see while walking and the longer you are smoke free the better the walks.  Grab friend and just do it

Keep the Quit

Serously
Anything helps!
As Sparky suggested, park your car as far as you can, take the stairs, If you have stairs at home, go up and down as much as you can! If you are getting something from the lower kitchen cabinets , do a squat, do a good morning, anything. If you want to reach for something in the upper cabinets, reach out and contract your abs as much as you can. hen you are watching tv, get a  5 pounds dumbbell and make as much bicps curls and triceps as you can. excercise your wrists. (we need it because we write a lot).
So  anything counts!!
A friend of mine bought a pedometer and joined a program designed for the school teachers of Texas; she has to walk 2000 steps a day, so at work she goes back and forth to the principals office. If she needs to get five things from the office, she goes back and forth 5 times! If at home you need  a sandwich and a juice from downstairs, you make two trips, one for the sandwich and another for the juice! So trick yourself into this, and you will add up calories, you will be gaining muscle and improving your metabolism!!!
Every movement counts!!!!
For instance, eating celery consumes more calories than the celery itself!! Digestion is a complicated task, and celery is a hard
to digest vegetable!!
Keep your quit!!
