Hi!!!
As you can see I�m new at the forum and am still starting to be out of smoke for the I don�t know how many times now... I�ve been spending the last weeks someking 1 to 2 cigarretes a day except for party days with friends but have decided that it is time to try and end it for good...
But I'm already watching some weight gain! :( :( :( :( :(
I don�t notice that I'm eating more but maybe worst choices of what to eat... As I'm alreary a bit out of weight I'm getting realy frustrated at thid weight gain...
Are there any good ideas of how to start fighting this weight gain? It can sound stupid but I'm rrally affraid that this weight gain may lead me to start smoking again as it did some of the times before...
