Hey Bonny, I don't know you and just stumbled on to this while viewing some of the titles and the content when I found yours. Here's my advice. SCREW HIM! At least you are not smoking. Now don't wait for a magic moment. Carp DE em! Start walking TODAY not tomorrow or next week or next month. Even if you can only do a short distance do it now. That way you will be training your body for whats to come as you continue to ease off the nicotine thing. Also it is conducive to the new lifestyle you are embarking on. Just think if you walk a short distance today, by tomorrow you will not only be a non-smoker but you will be on your new program towards health and exercise no matter how small or insignificant it may seem. So when BUDDIE BOY says you've gained weight you can reply yeah I probably have, but I don't smoke and I'm doing something about it. If you continue to insult me I just might lose another 150-200 lbs (whatever he weighs out at) so watch your mouth Mr. Good Luck. We make our own luck so he should be careful.
