Hi cowgirlndlace,

Feeling tired is a part of the withdrawal.  Be easy on yourself and know it is temporary.  In regards to the chest pain although withdrawal is likely the cause I recommend seeing a health care professional.  Chest pain should always be checked out by a professional.

I have been taking chantix for 3 weeks now....and I just now have been able to not smoke for the past day.  I am having hot feelings when I crave a smoke....I am constantly tired....and I feel like my heart and chest are burning when I crave a smoke......I feel anxious and I jump up and start doing something.......has anyone else had this?
