Coping, or NOT?

14 years ago 0 80 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Once more into the brink go I.
Totally blew a quit that began in Feb for all kinds of reasons.
Mostly, I think I just love to smoke.
I hate what it does, and and I love what it does.
I thought I was totally there, but obviously not.
My downfall was "one puff away from one pack a day."
Me, I'm re-setting the quit meter and re-committing to everything about this group.
You, don't be me.  Not one puff ever.
Stay strong, don't give in, or you'll smell like me.  The way I smell today, but not tomorrow.

Thank you all for being here.
