Holeeee - that's a very striking list! I too didn't realize that some of those people had died, and certainly would not have guessed the cause. The tobacco company guys HAD to smoke - they couldn't give the impression that they were making money off something that was **bad** for you. Emphysema - interesting. And that was just a listing of famous people under 60! OMG I didnt know that Bill Hicks was dead. How awful is that? One of my favourite films is Human Traffic, and they have a clip of Bill Hicks saying I smoked, I smoked **** nothing bad happened to me, I laughed my arss off and went about my merry way.. or something like that. I really didnt know that he was dead.. In fact sometimes when I thought about smoking I thought about that clip, ok it was another type of smoking but i think he was smoking cigarettes on the clip.
