Not A Good Day =(

18 years ago 0 1010 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Today is not a good day at all :( I am so spaced out, itchy scratchy throat, and so unbelieveably tired :( I truely feel like I am recovering from a *major* hangover :( Is this what the carbon monoxide withdrawal feels like? Like a hang over? I do not like that feeling at all :( My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/4/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 15 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 124 Amount Saved: $30 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 8 Mins: 42 Seconds: 54

TY Healer...I am trying to understand the rewards thingy...I did buy a new magazine and a pair of new glasses as I needed those for sure. But I have guilt of doing things for me and I am not sure how to deal w/ that aspect. Everyone has always come 1st and this reward thingy is unnatural for me....Ok..I am not making sense...I am still in that blasted fog...BLAH!! How do I accept the reward w/o guilt? Hi Lady Bugg!! Yes!! If the brain fog would end like *now* everything else would be a freakin' breeze...I have no craving for any of it...it's like the nicodemon telling my brain since I got over everything else fairly easy, then it would play ping pong w/ my brain cells....*whispers* I have absolutely no time for that either!! So I breath in deeply and 'push' out the fog--is it working? I dunno...I am still looking for my fog horn to blow so I do not run into anyone *insert wide eyes here* My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/4/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 16 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 132 Amount Saved: $32 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 10 Mins: 52 Seconds: 17

I am going to go freakin' NUTZ and I will take everyone with me!!" Hubby promptly left the room as I ranted. Cigarettes Not Smoked

I was talking to my aunt as my grand dad is heading to her house. She asked was he driving straight thru or stopping for the night...I simply told her I could not remember if he mentioned anything or not. Yes..I understand whacked out...I feel completely off balance...as if my world is off its axis. *frown* This is going to sound so messed up. But I am not sure about rewarding....the only thing I had done was purchase the Paula Deen's bi monthly magazine w/ the money I had saved from not smoking. It has always been give to the hubby and kids first...if there is anything left over, then mom gets it too. The kids want to go to the park...I cant drive b/c of the brain fog...they get upset w/ me b/c I cant function and then I feel guilty over it all...Everyone has come before me and the thought of me doing it the other way around doesnt make sense to me...
