You did real good. Keep your guard up. It was the little triggers that called to me the most in the first two weeks. Everyone is different but they come at you from ever direction. Congrads on the days you have. Keep the quit! Ima, And that's how it goes. For real. You continue to experience each and every facet of life NOT SMOKING. It takes awhile to experience it. Now I know why some seasoned quitters have said you need a good year to experience most of lifes events smoke free. Once you experience it.........it is sort of out of the way. You learn..."you can do this". So....you learn to drive..clean...getup..garden...shop....eat.... use telephones and all else that we call living...as it should be.....smoke free. We learn it the way we should have learned it from the get go. We are adolecents in older bodies!! Your doing great. Always be one step ahead of the addiction. That was very helpful for me. I had a plan well before my punch out of work trigger.....my get up in the morning trigger....and after my project triggers. Write us again soon.
